Professional Activities:

Ken Chotiner is an active member of the Employment Rights Panel and the Civil Rights Panel through which he represents those who are unable to obtain representation. In addition, Ken Chotiner, is a former Criminal Justice Act Panel member wherein he represented people charged with crimes in Federal Court who could not afford legal representation. Ken Chotiner also provided pro bono legal services through the Philadelphia Volunteer lawyers for the Arts Program and the Philadelphia Volunteer for the Indigent Program. Additionally, Ken Chotiner serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Arbitration Program. Ken Chotiner is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
